What does the price cover?
Round-trip 4x4 transport from your Panama City hotel, the boat, a local Guna guide, lunch on the island with a drink and snorkel gear. The private experiences add a dedicated captain and a boat for your party alone.
Where and when are we collected?
At your hotel in Panama City at 5:00 AM. Leaving that early is what gives you the whole day on the water instead of half of it on the road.
Should I bring a passport?
Yes. Guna Yala is an autonomous indigenous territory and identification is checked at its entrance. Foreign visitors should carry their original passport.
Is the Guna Yala entry tax included?
No. The Guna community charges its own entry tax, $22 for foreign visitors, paid in cash on the day. Please bring the exact amount if you can.
What is the difference between small group and private?
Small-group experiences share the boat with other travelers, but never more than ten (eight to Cayos Holandeses). Private experiences put your party alone on the boat, priced per boat or per couple instead of per person.
How does the deposit work?
You pay a deposit online to confirm the booking. It is listed on every experience page. The remaining balance is settled on the day of your trip.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes, alcoholic drinks are not included and you are welcome to bring your own, in cans or plastic. Glass is not allowed on the boat.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Write to us on WhatsApp. The terms depend on the experience you booked, and our team will tell you exactly what applies to yours.
