Who is behind San Blas Travel
We are a San Blas operator based in Ciudad de Panamá. San Blas Travel is the part of the business built for private boats and small groups.
One operator, four websites
The same team runs sanblasfull.com, where travellers book the shared one-day outing, and sanblastourspty.com, which covers the archipelago and the overnight stays. The island and Guna culture guide lives at sanblastourspanama.com. Same phone number, same pickup crews and the same booking system behind all of them.
Guided by the Guna
Guna Yala is an autonomous indigenous territory, governed by the Guna people under its own rules. Every boat we send carries a Guna guide from the community, and the route on the day is decided by the captain according to the sea and local rules.
How we work
Pickup is at your Panama City hotel around 5:00 AM in a 4x4. You book and pay a deposit online, and the balance is paid on the day. Groups are capped at 10 or 8 guests, and private boats carry only your group.
